Welcome to FirstMedicare Direct!
FirstCarolinaCare Insurance Company (FCC) was formed in 1999 by FirstHealth of the Carolinas, a 501(c)(3) hospital system headquartered in Moore County, North Carolina. FCC began offering FirstMedicare Direct Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug plans in 2013.

Contract with Us
FirstMedicare Direct certifies new agents and re-certifies current agents beginning in August of each year prior to each Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7).
